Biography
As manager of the Records Management Services Division of the Department of Judicial Services, Mr. Reyes oversees a team that provides records management solutions and support for the Virginia courts through records imaging solution training and technical assistance.
Before assuming this position, Mr. Reyes served as a court analyst on the Circuit Court Team for two years. Prior to that, Mr. Reyes served in the Virginia courts for thirteen years as Supervising Deputy Clerk in the Criminal Division of the Chesapeake Circuit Court Clerk’s office, and as Deputy Clerk in the Virginia Beach Circuit Court Clerk’s office for eight years.
Mr. Reyes received his paralegal certificate from Norfolk State University in 2000, and is a 2018 graduate of the Helms School of Government at Liberty University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Additionally, Mr. Reyes is an active member of the National Association for Court Management (NACM), the Mid-Atlantic Association for Court Management (MAACM) where he serves on the Advisory Board, and is an Affiliate Member of the Center for Legal & Court Technology.
