The morning program will begin with a keynote presentation regarding “Practical Strategies Discussing Race and Challenging Topics.” This interactive session will explore what has been learned from implicit bias research and how it can be used to help court leaders discuss biases and how they contribute to systemic and persistent racial and ethnic disparities.

Participants will have the opportunity to attend sessions that explore various topics including diversity, employee engagement, and managing different team dynamics. Additionally, a plenary follow-up will be offered. Many of the sessions are offered more than once to allow for maximum attendance.
